This project focuses on Peckham: A Future Living Model in greater detail looking at the feasibility of the scheme. 

The building is compared against the neccessary building regulations for residential use, while it’s structure is highlighted, a series of CPI drawings created ready for construction along with technical details, sections and the 

preparation of an environmental strategy throughout the building.
